It takes a lot for Grendy to actually HATE someone (oh disliking strongly is something else)
There are only, like, three people who Greandy actually hates. This lady is one of them.

Her mom is a Monster's Monster like Grendy, her mom is evillllllll. like put everything nasty in the world and you have Grendy's mom's personality.
Most of the nastiest monsters (the ones that go off and terriorize people for no reason) are made be Grendy's mom, just for kicks and giggles.
One reason Grendy left home at age 11
(plus her mom wasn't the nurturing type)

At night e would entertain himself by hissing nightmares young Grendy's little ear.
